Can I enroll more than one client at a time?

Yes! Simply enter the number of clients you'd like to enroll in the "Quantity" box above. Once you complete your purchase, we'll contact you to get your clients' shipping addresses.

How do I know which gift my client will receive and when it will be shipped?

~One month before each gift or card is sent, you will receive an "Engagement Update" email that contains the following:

  • The list of clients you have enrolled in the program;
  • The gift each client will receive; and
  • An option for each gift to be sent to you for hand-delivery (instead of shipped to client)

What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

When you enroll a client in a Client Check-Ins gift subscription, you're setting up a year full of surprises for them. We plan and prepare these special moments well in advance, ordering gifts months ahead to ensure everything is perfect for each gifting cycle.
